It’s been a great start to 2023 and February brings more great news for LensGo. Our Managing Director Stuart Turner has been named as one of Insider Business Magazine’s ’42 under forty two’ inspirational business leaders for the whole of Yorkshire.
Each Year Insider awards 42 business owners under the age of 42 with the title and recognition of business growth. The list celebrates younger business talent in Yorkshire and showcases those showing brilliant entrepreneurial flair.
The first half of the list was announced in the February edition of Insider Business magazine.
Insider boasts that these are the company directors who they believe have the potential to make it big in business.
But why 42?
Insider conceived this idea many years ago when they ran coverage called the Corporate Elite, a list of the top directors of their day. Their average age was calculated as 52. The ‘42s’ was born when they identified the potential next generation who were at least ten years younger. The list is designed to look ahead and predict who will be the leading business figures in ten years’ time – a sort of talent-scouting exercise.
